Meet Shantelle! Owner and Pet Stylist!
Shantelle prides herself in providing a gentle touch and compassionate care to every animal she meets. Her ultimate joy in grooming is watching the pets get the spunk once they are all finished with their groom. It is rewarding to see that grooming really does give them an ego boost and makes them feel fresh and spunky!
Shantelle has been an Animal Lover since she could walk and talk. In her free time, she enjoys time with her 2 young boys and Husband, Stu, in addition to training and working her own dogs as well as competing in confirmation events, Shantelle enjoys furthering her education evolving around bettering her grooming skills and other pet related education.

Got my pup booked quickly and she looks amazing (Australian Sheppard). Not only did I have a great experience and my pup was smelled and looked so nice after, I realized days later that I accidentally took her in a week too early! Shantelle didn't even bat an eye, she took her in and was so kind. Shantelle is the kindest groomer I have ever interacted with. I called on Tuesday and she was able to get my dog in that Thursday. She quoted me what I paid for. His cut was exactly what I asked for.
